Segment Status

A segment can be not active for a few reasons:

1. The first and the most common reason is that it usually takes some time to match your settings. When the first impressions appear, a segment should work just fine.
2. If a segment doesn't work for a long time after being created, then, probably, your settings are incorrect. Double check your settings and re-launch a segment.
