How do I cancel a request?

You are able to cancel the payment yourself if this request is not in processing and not completed. The cancellation button can be found on the Payout History page under the "Payout History" tab.

If a payout has status "in processing", please contact support@appodeal.com as soon as possible to cancel your payment request.
